SHORT BIO

Oliv Blu originates from Olympia Fields, IL which is a suburb south of Chicago. As part of the Freesole collective, she gained inspiration from her peers and found her voice in the process. She credits artists such as Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Nancy Wilson and Stevie Wonder as key components to her development as an artist. Inspired by genres such as Jazz, Neo-Soul and House music, Oliv Blu has combined her musical influences into a style of her own.
